April Webinar: Revitalizing Our Exhausted Brains: A Mental Bandwidth Perspective

Please join the Ohio Program for Campus Safety and Mental Health on April 20th, 2023, from 12:00pm-1:00pm for our April webinar! We will be joined by Dr. Tina Bhargava, Associate Professor at Kent State University as she discusses Revitalizing Our Exhausted Brains: A Mental Bandwidth Perspective. April is National Stress Awareness Month; it is vital that we all learn effective strategies to cope with the negative impact stress can have on our lives.
