The December 2024 edition of The Campus Connection is here! Readers can look forward to reading about how Lakeland Community College utilizes technology to support their students, some tips for combating loneliness this holiday seasons, upcoming training and funding opportunities, and much more!

January 2025 Webinar: Introduction to The Community Resiliency Model (CRM)(r): Accessible Skills to Support Mental Health and Campus Safety

Join the OPCSMH for the first webinar of 2025! Dr. Ingrid Duva and Dr. Shelby Collins will join us to discuss The Community Resiliency Model (CRM)(r), a novel, evidence-informed approach to managing stress and the effects of trauma. CRM consists of 6 easy to learn skills designed to enhance wellbeing and alleviate mental distress; serving as both a recovery and a preventative tool, this model is especially helpful for populations facing environmental, political, and social challenges.
